Welcome to Berrie Leather which is located on the beautiful west coast of Scotland. All of the items in my shop have been handmade and packed with care by me.



Payments can be made with all major credit cards or by using PayPal.

PayPal keep your payment information secure and shop owners never receive your credit card details.



UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 1st class, all other countries are sent tracked and signed.

Custom charges and duty are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the cost price of the product. A confirmation email will be sent once the parcel has shipped and proof of postage or tracking numbers will be included where possible.

Shipping times will vary depending upon the postal service in each country.

I am happy to accept returns, cancellations and exchanges

* Please contact me withing 7 days of receiving your parcel

* Items are to be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery

* Cancellations are to be requested within 24 hours of purchase


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

* Custom orders - unless they arrive damaged


Condition of return

*Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When returning items please consider a tracked or insured service as I am not responsible for any returns lost in transit.



Your personal information is just that – personal, so I always treat it with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, and rest assured, I will never pass on, sell or swap your information with any other company for their own marketing purposes.


What information do I hold about you?

When you shop with me, ask me to keep in touch with you using your email address , I collect information about you. I also collect information about you when you voluntarily provide me with feedback.


How do I use your information?

Your information allows me to fulfil any orders you place with me, update you on the progress of your orders and assist with any future customer service queries. I would also love to keep you up to date with exciting new ranges and unmissable offers I think will be of interest, by contacting you by your email address to send you our email newsletters, communications via social media and any similar internet-based communications as they become available. If you already receive my marketing communications, I’ll continue to send you these unless you ask me to stop. I hope you enjoy hearing from me and I promise never to bombard you with too many communications. I may use your information, including details of your purchases, how you choose to interact with me, and geographic information, to help me decide what to talk to you about and when. There are some communications that you’d always expect to receive from me, whatever your marketing preferences – for example, order confirmations by email if you have shopped with me online, or important order or customer service updates.


I use the services of other companies to support my business for specific functions, for example: despatching orders (using nominated parcel carriers); processing payments (using nominated payment providers); I never hold or have access to your credit card/debit card information. I will not hold your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. The longest I will normally hold your data is 4 years.


Your rights regarding your personal data

If you receive my postal or email based marketing communications, you can choose to opt out at any time, simply give me a call on 07789005070,or email enquiries@berrieleather.com or click on the unsubscribe link that appears in every one of my email newsletters. Please note that you may continue to receive my communications for a short period after changing your preferences while my systems are fully updated.


You also have the right to:

Ask that I correct or update any personal information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Ask that I erase your personal data from my system.

Ask that I stop processing your data or restrict processing where I haven’t compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms.

Request access to the personal information I hold about you. If you would like to exercise any of these rights, please get in touch. Please note that I may ask for proof of identity before providing or updating any personal information I hold about you and if I have a legitimate reason as to why I am unable to fulfil any requests, I will always explain the reasons why.
